  • All purchases are final sale. Returns of any items (physical or digital) are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are only granted for orders that are lost in transit or never received by the customer. Requests for refunds due to loss must be accompanied by proof, such as a carrier’s lost package report or delivery investigation.
  • Exclusions
  • No refunds or exchanges for products that were delivered successfully, regardless of reason (including dissatisfaction or accidental purchase).

  • Shipping Note
  • Shipping costs are always non-refundable. Customers should double-check address information before completing their purchase.
  • Final Sale
  • Sale items, gifts, and digital products remain final sale and ineligible for return or refund except in the case of a lost shipment.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them.
